Release the Reins
I hold the reins so tight my hands ache. If I don't steer everything — people, plans, outcomes — I'm sure it all falls apart.
A room about loosening the grip. Practice handing over what you were never in charge of, and find the freedom waiting on the other side of control.
Self-compassion
I can forgive almost anyone, but the voice in my own head stays hard. I'd never talk to a newcomer the way I talk to myself.
Practice turning that same kindness inward. A gentle room for the part of you that still feels not enough.
Journaling
My head gets loud and tangled. I pray and I go to meetings, but I don't always know what I'm actually feeling — or what I'm still carrying around.
A guided practice of writing it out, led by Siobhan and Doreen. Journaling slows the racing mind, puts feelings into words you can see, and lets you hand them over instead of carrying them — and leaves you a written record of your own path.
Creative
Somewhere along the way I stopped making things, playing, imagining. The program got serious and the joy went quiet.
A hands-on room to find your way back to creativity as a way of being with God. No talent needed, just willingness.
